​Josie is a paediatric Speech Pathologist at Hastings Macleay Speech Pathology. After completing her Bachelor of Speech Pathology in Newcastle, Josie made the move to Port Macquarie to begin the next chapter of her career and embrace the coastal lifestyle.

Originally from Parkes, NSW, Josie loves spending her time outdoors, making the most of sunny days with walks and trips to the beach. When she’s not out and about, you’ll often find her enjoying a good book or catching up with friends over brunch.

Josie is passionate about supporting children and their families to build confidence, develop their communication skills, and achieve meaningful goals that make a positive difference in everyday life. She values working collaboratively with families and enjoys being part of a supportive team where ideas, knowledge and successes are shared.

Josie has a particular interest in early language development and fluency and is excited to continue building her knowledge and skills across social communication, phonological awareness and feeding.
